September 11th - Bicycled 33 miles

Sure it's New Jersey, and yes, it is FLAT (except for a few overpasses) but it totally kicked my butt.  I even had 2 beers afterwards (Liver - don't fail me now!).  The ride was for the Sunshine Foundation and I have always wanted to do this one.  It started at such a reasonable hour - 10:00 and was close to home.
